Scope of Work

BIC provided commissioning services to support the replacement of two autotransformers, including isolation of two existing autotransformer, CT testing, alarms testing, circuit verification, transformer monitoring equipment (Severon, TTC1000), tap changer, paralleling LTC and tap changer commissioning and, protection relays and protection scheme upgrades. BIC coordinated and oversaw all construction, testing, interconnection, and energization activities.
