At BIC, we understand the importance of continuing education and professional development in the electrical industry. That's why we assign a portion of our corporate budget to the preparation and development of training programs. Our training programs are designed to cover a broad range of topics, including safety, industry skills, industry certifications, and leadership. We offer Continuing Education eligible courses on IEEE 80 and Substation Grounding Specifications, Grounding Software and Studies, and IEEE 998 and Substation Lightning Shielding. These courses are presented by David Stamm, a Professional Engineer with extensive experience in the electrical industry. Our training services cover all areas of substation operations, from engineering and design to protection and control, construction, automation systems, and telecommunications systems. We can also develop custom training programs to meet the unique needs of our customers.
