Scope of Work

BIC provided P&C Testing and Commissioning services for installing, testing, commissioning, and energizing the first GIS (Gas Insulated Substation) in the system. P&C services included relay settings implementation, relay testing, field apparatus testing, field operational checks, SCADA (RTU) and telecommunications for High Side (138KV) and Low Side (13.8KV) GIS metal-clad switchgear equipment.
